Each year, the Board of Directors accepts nominations for the CRPA awards. Winners are announced at the Annual Banquet and Awards Ceremony at the CRPA conference.
The contest is organized by the Student and Young Professionals Committee (SYPCOM) in conjunction with the CRPA annual conference.
Students enrolled in a Canadian college or university program related to the radiation sciences, as well as recent graduates, are eligible to enter.
Three finalists are selected to present their work in person at the conference and will receive complimentary conference registration and three nights’ hotel accommodation.
The winner will be awarded the Anthony J. MacKay trophy, receive a $250 cash prize, and have their paper is published in the CRPA Bulletin.
