Each year CRPA hosts a conference in a different Canadian location. The conference includes scientific sessions and workshops that promote the discussion of all aspects of both ionizing and non-ionizing radiation, exhibitors, training opportunities, social events and the annual banquet and awards ceremony.
The 45th Annual Conference, The Symposium on Radon and Radiation Protection, a joint venture with the Canadian Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists (CARST) took place at the Sheraton Hotel in Saskatoon, SK, on May 27-31, 2026.

The 46th Annual Conference will be held at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront in Vancouver, BC on May 17-20, 2027.
The CRPA Annual General Meeting is held during the week of the conference at the conference venue. All are welcome to attend but only Full, Retired and Honorary Members have voting rights.
The 2025 Annual General Meeting took place on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 in Hamilton, Ontario. AGM documents can be found on the members’ website.
The 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held virtually (only) on Thursday, June 11 at 12:00 pm EDT. Details will be posted on the members’ website.
